PRIX DES ATELIERS DE LA VILLE 2020

Since 2014, the artists installed in the City of Marseille’s Studios are invited to present one or more works as part of a collective exhibition.

The Prix des Ateliers de la Ville de Marseille is awarded to an artist by a jury of invited pressionals, based on their overall work with a focus on the last 23 monts of residency.

The laureate artist receives 5,000€ and the opportunity to exhibit their work in the City Museums.

Ex-officio members (voters):
- City of Marseille: Mr Jean-Marc Coppola, Deputy Mayor for Culture, represented by Mrs Jacqueline Nardini.
- Marseille City Museums: Mr Xavier Rey or his representative.
Invited professionals (voters):
- Member of d.c.a / the French network of contemporary art centers: Mr Stanislas Colodiet, Director of Cirva.
- Member of Arts en Résidence – Réseau national: Mrs Anne Langlois, Director of Centre d’art contemporain 40mcube.
- Artist: Mr Carlos Kusnir.
- Member of c.e.a: Mrs Victorine Grataloup, independent curator
